Project Description
When Spectra Graphics, the most experienced label printer in the Midwest, needed to add production equipment due to continued growth and success, it was not only necessary to recapture the critical floor space to be taken by the equipment, but also provide sound protection to ensure a pleasant environment for those working in the area.
After consulting with the Lenexa, KS. based company, Warestar designed the appropriate system to improve space utilization by implementing a two-story office with mezzanine. The upper office was larger than the lower making this project a bit uncommon, yet attainable with careful planning and precise installation.
Prior to Warestar erecting the structure, the existing “stick-built” office was torn down and the site prepared for the new modular office and mezzanine system. The project was completed quickly with quality installers and with minimum interruptions to our customer.
