Since 1955, Dean Machinery Company has poised itself as the midwest's premier leader in Caterpillar equipment solutions. With years of continual growth, a new larger headquarters and warehouse were necessary. Dean Machinery required a company who matched their key beliefs of quality, integrity and reliability. WareStar, Inc. was chosen and assisted Dean Machinery in the design, materials selection and installation of the material handling equipment for their 25 acre campus.
After many meetings and detailed design plans, WareStar Inc. provided specialized selective pallet racking, cantilever racks and high-density shelving systems that were essential to store their many products for their demanding environment. In addition, a customized hydraulic hose pipe-rack system was designed and constructed using standard pallet racking and PVC piping with a special thru-wall template to assist in the making of hydraulic hose assemblies.
